8 Tips For a Healthy Weight loss

Tip #1 - Control the portion size of your meal
This is the first step of your weight loss journey. Always check the portion size of your all meals. It should be well planned by Dietician as per the nutrient requirement. Make sure you are including all the macro and micro nutrient in every meal.
Tip #2 - Focus more on Plant-based diet
Plant-based diets are good source of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and phytochemicals. Vegetables and fruits are higher in vitamins A, C, and E, as well as thiamin, riboflavin, folate, calcium, magnesium and fiber. Fiber helps to give satiety feeling by which you can control the portion size and boost your weight loss.

Tip #3 - Keep yourself Hydrated
Water is an essential element for our body. Up to 60% of human adult body is made up by water. Drink water as much as you can. First, drink water when you wake up in morning. In fact, try having water half an hour before your meal as it is proven that your weight loss chances will be increased by 40% if you have water before each meal.
Tip #4 - Watch your alcohol intake
Now a days, alcohol is becoming trend in social gathering and in parties. Alcohol is packed with Sugar, Carbohydrates and Empty calories; you are likely to eat more unhealthy foods while drinking. Suggestion is, if you cannot completely stop alcohol then limit your drinking & replace the oily snacks with healthy salads to reduce the adverse health issues.
Tip #5 - Focus on food while eating
When it comes to food, it shouldn’t be mixed with TV time or mobile time. Majority of people tend to eat more while watching TV or mobile because they don’t really pay attention to what served in their plate and how much they should eat. As a result, they end up eating more and eventually it can lead to obesity.
Tip #6 - Make yourself active whole day
Many jobs involve long hours in front of the screen, so ensure you take 5-minute walk breaks at regular intervals to improve your health and physical activity. Walk and talk on your mobile phone. These small changes make your weight loss journey easy. Also some studies have shown that sitting for nine or more hours reduces blood circulation, causing plaque to build up in the arteries, increases the risk for diabetes, depression, and obesity.
Tip #7 - Ensure you are sleeping well
Sound Sleep plays an important role when it comes to maintaining weight or weight loss. Few study states that less sleep while weight loss plan may reduce the effectiveness of weight loss program and increase the overeating. So a good sleep not only helps you to make fresh but also helps you to achieve your ideal body weight.
Tip #8 - Make a buddy who helps you to pass your weight loss journey
Meet a Dietician or a Nutritionist for a successful and healthy journey of your weight loss. You can get idea for different type of food or diet from Google, books and friends, which may create confusions. However, an experienced dietician or nutritionist can help you in a better and healthy way to pass the journey of weight loss effectively.
